Store Pricing:

Please be aware that the store pricing is calculated daily based on the most current exchange rates. All products are priced in the products database in their respective home currencies and then converted to Canadian dollars on the web store. This may make the prices appear to change on a daily basis however that is only a result of the latest currency exchange rate applied to the products..
 

Regular item Shipping Information (<80lbs):

While we make every effort to calculate accurate shipping costs there may be cases that due the weight of the item and/or the location that the final calculated rate might not be accurate.  We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs to reflect the actual rate charged by the shipper.  Shipping costs will never be adjusted as a surprise.  If I find there is a large dicrepancy between what the web site has calculated and what the shipper wants to charge I will inform you prior to shipping and give you an opportunity to cancel the order.

Please be aware that the customer will be responsible for any additional charges, fees, taxes, duties, etc. that may be incurred during shipment due to extenuating circumstances not coverd by the regular shipping rates. 

 

Heavy item Shipping Information (>80lbs):

Shipping of heavy items is to a shipping terminal or a business with the appropriate offloading capabilities.  Residential and lift gates services are available through the shipping company at an additional charge.  It is the customers responsiblility to negotiate final residential shipping with the shipping company.  Any additional charges for residential delivery are the responsibilty of the customer.
 
We regret that at this time we can not offer a warehouse pickup for your order.  We do hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Please feel free to contact us for shipping rates that are not listed in our system for international orders etc.
 
 

Shipping Damages:

In the unlikely event that shipping damage has occured.  Please record any damages what so ever to the shipping crate on the Bill of Lading.  It is VERY IMPORTANT that you thoroughly inspect your shipment before you sign and take possession of it.  The transported goods are inspected along each leg of their journey.  If damages have occured, the responsible party can be tracked down but only if you note the damage to the crate on the Bill of Lading before you sign for it.  We will not be will not cover shipping damages unless they have been recorded on the Bill of Lading.  If shipping damages have occured, please notify us right away .
 

Return Policy:

If you decide to return any of the items in your order, please contact Machine Tools Warehouse by filling out a help ticket at www.MachineToolsWarehouse.ca/help . We will contact you with return instructions. All returns for refund or exchange must be within 30 days of purchase. Please be aware that all shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  All returns must be in original packaging, unused, undamaged and in resellable condition.

All returns must have an RMA number on the outside of the package as our warehouse will not accept C.O.D.'s or items without an RMA number. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Merchandise must be shipped to us prepaid.

 

Limitations of Remedy and Damages:

Machine Tools Warehouse’s liability under this warranty, and under any implied warranty that may exist, is limited to replacement of any defective part.   Machine Tools Warehouse shall not be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits). Machine specifications are subject to change without notice by the manufacturers.    

 

Disclaimer of Further Warranty:  

Machine Tools Warehouse makes no warranty, express or implied, other than what is expressly made in this warranty.

This website is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied.   Machine Tools Warehouse makes no representations or warranties in relation to this website or the information and materials provided on this website.    

 

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing paragraph, Machine Tools Warehouse does not warrant that:

  • the information on this website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
